Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the details included in the message and use them to answer.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can include an IP address, browser, visit time and requested page. We review totals to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may rely on cookies and similar tools.
How Information Is Used
Limited visitor data supports operation, security, troubleshooting, traffic counts and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual reader profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
County portals, Arizona agencies, libraries, archives and outside search tools set their own privacy terms. Those terms apply after a visitor follows a link or uses sponsored results supplied by another company.
Limited Data Sharing
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards and Retention
Encrypted connections protect data in transit, and logs are kept only as long as their stated purpose requires. Because there are no user accounts, this site holds no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly gather personal data from a minor. Contact us if a person under 18 submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Data Rights
Rights to access, correct or delete site-held personal data depend on the visitor's location. Arizona has no broad omnibus consumer privacy statute comparable to California's law as of August 14, 2026. A request sent through the Contact page will prompt a search of the contact mailbox and available logs. Public records held by Arizona, Yuma County or a city remain under the custodian's control, so correction or protected-address requests must go there.
Policy Revisions
Changes will be posted here. Continued use after an update signals acceptance of the revised policy.
